We do have a 24hr cancelation policy. We realize emergencies and other scheduling conflicts arise and sometimes their unavoidable. However, advanced notice allows us to fulfill other clients scheduling needs and helps the salon to operate at the most efficient level. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your appointments. There will be a 50% charge for the amount of the service missed.
